A perfect balance between visual design, eco sustainability and functional working spaces. Alternative materials and unconventional techniques have come together for the purpose of showcasing the heights of Indonesian talent and craftsmanship. Translucent roof columns capture rainwater and channel it into their water-flow system. Advanced UV filters purify and recycle water, meaning the restaurant draws on no precious groundwater reserves. Solar filtered glass walls meanwhile let the light through to allow our landscaped interiors to thrive, yet keep the tropical heat out. Their indoor gardens create intimacy amid the majesty, meaning you can enjoy a discreet dinner for two or a large social event with family and friends.

Sarong offers guests two dining pavilions to enjoy a leisurely dinner, an outdoor lounge and an informal dining area adjacent to the bar, which is a great meeting place to taste superb cocktails and world-class wines. The restaurant is open evenings only and seats 142 in total. It is advisable to advance book although walk-in guests may be accommodated in the lounge area that blends perfectly with the sumptuously decorated open-air environment. Sarong kindly encourages guests to smoke at the bar and not in the main dining areas. We also advise guests that Sarong is for adults and children over the age of 12, unless prearranged by the management. Our security staff are onsite to to assist with parking, there are two car parks outside…
