This happening beachside restaurant -- a Seminyak pioneer -- is lovingly referred to as 'La Looch' and looks out onto one of the prettiest stretches of Seminyak beach. The new Italian chef offers classic Mediterranean fare with a touch of Asian spice. The pan seared fillet of coral trout with pancetta, marinated artichokes, wild rocket, and preserved lemon dressing is a firm favorite. Finish with a lemon and vanilla bean souffl? and a bracing expresso. The only way to get to the restaurant is through the parking lot of the famous Petitenget Temple next door -- the laughter will lead the way. Bikini was born from a desire to reimagine fine dining. To strip back the formality and the etiquette and inject it with energy, vibrancy and volume.

Our menu takes diners on a journey from delicate bites and moreish mouthfuls to theatrical share plates, before finishing with decadent desserts. All complimented by inventive cocktails matches.

We aim to bring a fresh energy to the dinner table. An experience, where you can eat thoughtful, well constructed and…

Uluwatu's legendary Single Fin started from humble beginnings and has quickly moved to the top of any Indonesian bucket list. Whether you're after an icy cold Bintang to celebrate an afternoon of long lefts, feel like kicking back to Wednesday's acoustic jams, need to jump-start your day with a Revolver coffee, or if you just really have to let your hair down with a few cocktails at Bali's most renowned Sunday session, Single Fin is the venue for you. Beautiful balcony, the biggest in the archipelago, boasts stunning views of one of surfing's spiritual homes, and comes alive as the sun sinks into the Indian Ocean. Great music (including regular international DJs and live acts), fantastic food and a laidback atmosphere make coming to Single…

Nestled amongst the coco palms and glassy swells of Seminyak, Bali, lives the tropical oasis known as MOTEL MEXICOLA. Put your thinking shoes on and envision the lovechild of 1960s Acapulco and Ricky Ricardo (from "I Love Lucy") on a belly full of Huichole endorsed Peyote and seven lashings of Mezcal. Hopefully, you are not thinking of a motel in Miami with an all you can eat buffet?! Rest assured we are not your average Motel and if you want to sleep over, then try your luck. Renowned Veracruzano "Jarocho" chef, Steven Skelly brings his "espirítu salvaje" to the plate and straight into your cake hole. With modern takes on "Comida Mexicana" traditional plates, to modern attacks on humble tasty street food and morsels. This is…
