Your culinary journey starts around 8:00 a.m. depending on your hotel's location. This cooking class is quite an amazing experience. Nyoman is a brilliant chef who loves to share his passion.You will enjoy real Balinese dishes in the sacred village of Sidemen. It is with great enthusiasm that Nyoman will lead you to the Klungkung Market. One of the biggest of the island. You will choose with him some of the ingredients for the dishes you will cook. Afterwards, he will lead you through the rice-paddies for a short natural walk and take you to his organic farm. There you will also be picking the vegetables necessary for the cooking class.
