Since introducing PHBC in 2010, both owners has successfully gained numerous international recognitions from various publications and medias. Known for its multi-cultural blend of gastronomy, libations and entertainment which imbues music, art and fashion at the same time, PHBC has given Bali and its visitors the best of island living with a memorable and fun experience. Designed by acclaimed architect Andra Matin as a modern take on the Coliseum, the towering elliptical facade is crafted in Potato Head's seminal trademark of mismatched 18th century teak shutters collected from across the Indonesian archipelago. The beachfront bar and 500-square meter emerald lawn leading to an infinity pool is all housed inside a state-of-the-art amphitheater. Nestled amongst the coco palms and glassy swells of Seminyak, Bali, lives the tropical oasis known as MOTEL MEXICOLA. Nestled in the heart of the Balinese landscape where the jungle meets the ocean, La Plancha opened its doors in 2010 and was the original (and the first) Chiringuito styled restaurant and bar in Seminyak. The brightly coloured, vintage inspired structure was designed to bring something different to Bali.

This happening beachside restaurant, a Seminyak pioneer is lovingly referred to as 'La Looch' and looks out onto one of the prettiest stretches of Seminyak beach. The new Italian chef offers classic Mediterranean fare with a touch of Asian spice. The pan seared fillet of coral trout with pancetta, marinated artichokes, wild rocket, and preserved lemon dressing is a firm favorite. Finish with a lemon and vanilla bean souffl and a bracing expresso. The only way to get to the restaurant is through the parking lot of the famous Petitenget Temple next door, the laughter will lead the way. Booking: inquiries@lalucciolabali.com
