Body Factory’s Fusion Festival Returns to Seminyak

Held in collaboration with Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, the two-day event on October 18 and 19 promises not just a series of workouts, but a celebration of movement, community and lifestyle in one of Bali’s most dynamic beachfront neighbourhoods.

Now firmly a highlight on the island’s fitness calendar, Factory Fusion has evolved from a one-off activation into a cultural fixture. Its first two editions proved that when people come together for a weekend of training and camaraderie, something much greater than physical performance emerges: a renewed sense of motivation, genuine connection, and the inspiration to live well. This year’s festival will be the biggest yet, amplified by the addition of Hotel Indigo’s newest venue, Breakfast Club Seminyak, where the Sunday Run Club will take centre stage.

The weekend begins on Saturday with a line-up designed to test both stamina and spirit. Participants will flow through core-focused Pilates before diving into Factory Fit, a high-intensity blend of cardio and strength. The adrenaline builds with Mini HYROX, a scaled-down version of the globally renowned fitness race, before moving into Combat Club, an empowering session of precision and endurance. The day culminates in The Fusion Challenge, a series of fitness-inspired games that bring everyone together on the grass for a competitive yet inclusive finale.

On Sunday morning, the community gathers at Breakfast Club Seminyak for the festival’s highlight: the Run Club. The scenic route stretches all the way to Ngurah Rai Airport, around 15 kilometres, but the pace is flexible, allowing runners to adapt to their own distance and rhythm. It’s less about speed and more about connection, as participants move side by side through Seminyak’s streets before winding down with Stretch & Release, a restorative session designed to reset both body and mind.
