Chris teaches dynamic vinyasa, yin, and movement classes that are creative, explorative, and challenging both for mind and body.
With a base in traditional asana and yoga philosophy Chris combines modern movement culture with breath work, meditation, with an emphasis on finding your own unique expression. His yin classes are cultivated by a sense of inner peace and surrender while his vinyasa classes are energetic and connected to mindful movement and ease.
