The cliff-edge restaurant will be celebrating a taste of delightful Thanksgiving with a four-course dinner menu featuring a roasted duck breast with orange miso sauce and a tasty spice green apple with hazelnut cream for dessert.

Asparagus, smoked salmon, pomegranate, caviar, snowpeas tendrils

Deep fried potato Idaho, patanegra ham, truffle espuma, parsley oil 

Red mullet
Pan-seared red mullet wrapped nori, katsuobushi, sesame crusted cauliflower, sea urchin emulsion

Key lime sorbet, basil jelly

Duck and yabbies 
Roasted duck breast, togarashi butter poached blue lobster, enokitake mushroom, melted leek, maple glazed beetroot, semi-dried berries, orange miso sauce

Spicy green apple gateaux 
Spicy green apple and hazelnut cream, green tea biscuit, coffee caramel popcorn, strawberry yogurt sorbet
