Six-Courses and the Wines of Maison Jospeh Drouhin
The prestigious wine dinner at The St. Regis Bali Resort returns. Orchestrated at the inimitable Kayuputi restaurant, this bespoke event will see the Maison Joseph Drouhin showcasing their most authentic Burgundian-style vintages, whilst the refined Culinary Team hand-craft noteworthy dishes for a night to remember.
Curate magical moments for the palate with six Joseph Drouhin vintages, including Chassagne-Montrachet 2008 and Nuits-Saint-Georges 2009, paired with six delectable courses prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Ketut Gunatika, under the guidance of Executive Chef, Agung Gede.
Chief Sommelier, Harald Wiesmann will host the evening with Mr. Christophe Thomas, Commercial Export Director. The bespoke event will begin with Henri Giraud Blanc de Blancs champagne, cocktails and canapés from 7 PM at Kayuputi Bar.
