This talk will offer insight into how to find your customer tribe based on your business solution and how to establish your presence on their personal buying journey.
Over the past ten years, Felicia Alston has cemented her career as a Marketing professional specializing in public relations, brand development, and strategic partnerships. Her techniques are centered on intertwining grassroots marketing with traditional PR strategies.
Alston began her career at Def Jam Records before joining a team of music executives at B|W|R Public Relations agency in Los Angeles. Her resume includes managing PR campaigns for Award winning entertainers Linkin Park, Maroon 5, Enrique Iglesias, Snoop Dogg, and Janet Jackson, to name a few.
In 2012, Felicia left the corporate agency and ventured out as a consultant, where she has been able to advise lifestyle brands, such as PUMA and Coca-Cola, on PR Strategy and brand partnerships.
