A basic way to begin is with our simple and friendly beginners workshop. We strongly recommend these workshops to help ensure your journey starts from the most enjoyable and empowered place possible.
In this workshop, Pritha will guide you through a brief explanation on the central and foundational components of yoga practice. You will have time to know more about Yoga history, discovering your Ujjayi breath, learn correct alignment, body locks (bandha), basic and transition poses and be introduced to a light relaxation.
This workshop is perfect for those new to the practice of yoga or those individuals looking to refine their practice.
Pritha believes a beginner’s mind is the purest mind. After spending a decade on her mat as a dedicated student, a small bright voice asked her to teach.
That voice was quiet center that exists in all of us, but is often buried under self-doubt, and fear.
She remembered her first yoga class like it was yesterday. She remembered the excitement and fear when she walked into her first yoga class, and the rest is history.
After studying and teaching yoga in Bali, now she’s following her mission to share her knowledge of yoga to others and to support them to accept who they are so they can be freed from the burden of needing others to accept them.
