A time-honored culinary tradition, the Indonesian Rijsttafel – Dutch for ‘rice table’ – plates up an elaborate array of the archipelago’s classic flavors and textures. Tahu gulung, sate ayam, rendang and many other dishes will be served at your table in our Riverside dining room. The gorgeous view of the lush greenery and the old bridge make up the perfect ambience for your discovery lunch of amazing Indonesian delicacies.
Pairing wine and Indonesian food can be tricky. Our Sommelier Rahul Mehra has chosen four wines to compliment the flavors and as you work your way through the lunch, he will guide you to learn to pair the aromas of the wines to the many tastes of the Indonesian cuisine.
