In a Hangab-Session a person is slowly , in stages, hoisted upside-down. This gives the body time to adjust to the inversion, preventing any uncomfortable pressure in the head, resulting in a feeling of wellness and floating. The benefits are many: letting go, deep relaxation, regenerating of the discs and joints, alighnment, releasing of pain, trauma and amotions, a reset og the body and energy system, activation the power of self-healing.
In this basic training you will learn to hold the space and guide people into Hangab (flying Savasana) with different body postures, lifts and energywork. You will also learn to pull yourself up to do Hangab-Yoga with body twists, swings and various postures in a streched hanging position. Its a wonderful effective way to heal and relax yourself!
German born Hartmut Bez developed Hangab in responds to his own back problems. Through Hangab he was able to heal himself. This method grew intuitively over 20 years of personal research and in cooperation with doctors and many therapists.
