The festive period over Christmas and New Years Eve is one of the most important times of the year for many, including us at El Kabron. With our European roots we have a deep understanding of the significance of this time of year.

It is traditionally the busiest time of year in Bali with so many visitors coming to celebrate the festive period in style. At El Kabron we not only offer our guests the ultimate in quality cuisine and entertainment for Christmas, but also somewhere exclusive, away from the chaos of the crowds, where one can truly relax, indulge and be guaranteed an evening to remember worthy of such a special time of the year in beautiful surroundings on top of the Uluwatu cliffs.

To accompany your meal on the day we are extremely pleased to announce we have secured the services of one of the most sought after acoustic acts on the island in Astika. Astika is an incredibly talented performer whose beautiful singing voice with its incredible range has made him one of the busiest and most acclaimed musicians on the island and beyond.

The menu for Christmas Day has been expertly put together by our Executive Chef Marc Torices to ensure a feast of traditional festive dishes with a contemporary twist. Combine this with our extensive offering of champagnes, imported wines and beautifully crafted cocktails we are sure you agree this is all the ingredients to ensure it will be a Christmas to live long in the memory.

Beetroot & Goat Cheese Ravioli 

Black truffle butter with sourdough sticks and crispy tuiles

Served hot & cold with mayo-sesame dressing, sautéed seaweed salad, and tuna broth jelly

Served with slow-cooked duck egg and smoked cheese gratin


Traditional Christmas Chicken
Catalan style roasted free-range chicken with sweet wine, prunes and pine nuts

“Mar I Muntanya” 
Catalan for “Sea and Mountain” combines steamed prawns and slow confit octopus with stew of Morel mushrooms and grilled artichokes
