Balance your energy centers through meditation techniques.
Our body is our energy and iit is essential to keep the energy in consistant balance. There are seven major energy centers called Chakra’s which affect our body mind and soul.
We will learn basic techniques on how to meditate on the various energy centers as we hone our mental concentration in practice.
By doing chakra meditation we maintain our energy flow fluently through all chakras which lead us in to a blissful state of harmony.
* Please wear loose and comfortable clothing with no jewelry. Sit in comfortable and relaxed seated position and get ready to take your meditation to a whole new level with these new techniques.
Abdi followed his heart and calling beginning his Yoga Journey at Sea with determination and discipline to attain a spiritual practice. His inspiration and practice stemmed from BKS Iyengar’s book titled “The path of Holistic Healing”. BKS Iyengar guided him in his studies and practice on board luxury cruise ships where Abdi was working throughout the world.
After almost 4 years of self study. He settled on land and introduced himself to a variety of Yoga Teachings. In 2006, Abdi deepened his knowledge in a yoga intensive trainings in Bali. He began sharing his love for yoga, teaching in private villas and resorts, leading several yoga retreats in Ubud and Seminyak . Abdi completed a second teaching intensive in Agama Yoga on the island of Koh Phan Ngan, Thailand in 2015. He specializes in Charkra philosophy within the Hatha Yoga traditions.
