Yoga Class at Sanur Beach
All Classes are suitable for everyone including beginners.Our teachers have trained in various styles including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mom&Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga.Traditionally constructed entirely from bamboo and inspired by the green turtle, our multi-purpose centre features an open plan design. The top floor is a 140m2 yoga/ meditation shala. The bottom level opens out to the surrounding garden, and encompasses our office/ shop, organic juice bar and teahouse, chill-out space, treatment rooms, music studio, film theatre, library and info center.Advice to students:We believe yoga is about self-responsibility, so please be respectful of your body in order to avoid injuries. If any pain is experienced during your practice, gently ease out of the movement or posture and notify your instructor. Wear comfortable clothing and remember personal hygiene is important as we often share equipment. It may be a good idea to bring a towel. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating within two hours of your class. Stay well hydrated and get ready for some fun!
