Highlight the concept of sharing, SI JIN carries selections of Dry Aged from 30 days leading up tp 200 days period and Premium Wet Aged meats are prepared in-house and fresh on smokeless grills at every table paired with starters and sharing plates created by incorporating Korean and Japanese techniques with wholesome local ingredients from the island.
SI JIN caters their dinner service starting from 5:30 PM until late with the standouts include 30 Aged Picanha 9+, 45 Aged Hokkaido “Snow” Series, and 60 Aged Andong Soju Bone-In Ribeye 7+ served with eight different selections of homemade salts. Not to mention Wet Aged Signature Cha-Dol Bagi 9+, Misuji 9+, and Tochigi Sirloin. Kick-start the experience with hero starters Uni “Yukhoe”, Wagyu Butter, and Korean Namul and sharing sides to complete the dining experience; Pomme Puree, Dolsot Stonepot, and Mt. Fuji Spinach. Adjoined to the steakhouse is a sophisticated bar which offer both classic and signature cocktails such as Ticket to Seoul, Oba Negroni, and Japanese Citrus Hi-ball – altogether with a vibrant and chic ambience that celebrates diverse cultures and phenomenon.
SI JIN is lead by Chef Joel Lim Si Jin who is a South Korean and has a specific passion for meat since a very young age. “It all started with my curiosity for meat when I began my culinary career. I basically treat my meat as if it is my religion – meaning with utmost respect, and as if it is the thing that gives me purpose and meaning”, said Chef Joel. He developed his skills under world-acclaimed Chef Wolfgang Puck in the Michelin-Starred ‘CUT’ Singapore, then leading a team for the opening of Akira Back’s restaurants in Singapore, Jakarta, and Dubai. SI JIN’s impeccable culinary team strives to deliver quality dishes and impressionable dining experience by treating ingredients with the utmost respect in their purest forms, while remaining true and authentic to themselves.
