Santi Lounge was opened in August, 2016 by Pondok Santi Estate created to provide an oasis of peace and tranquillity while you are on the beautiful Island of Gili Trawangan. Hidden away inside our 8-hectare estate Santi Lounge strives to provide the ultimate experience providing western standards with beautiful food, great drinks and friendly service.
With an array of different dinning experiences from the coconut grove, lounge bar, and the ambient poolside dining area, Santi Lounge caters for couples to groups in the islands most exquisite settings.
Led by London Chef, Jamie Tack, the menu is designed around locally sourced seasonal ingredients. A delightful fusion from the archipelago and western cuisines. With a focus in the near future to foster a paddock to plate philosophy, a herb and vegetable garden is in the planning to provide seasonal and organic produce unique to the Estate.
