Salazon at En Vie Lane is a modern, yet chic 96- seat woodfire restaurant that features a private dining room, dry-aging showroom, walk-in wine cellar and Bali’s only kitchen counter dining experience, allowing you to dine alongside where the chefs are cooking. Using a custom-made 5.2 tonne Scotch oven, Chef Paul Lewis and his team bring a new and exciting style of wood fire cuisine to Bali.
