Rui Yamagashi


Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate, Rui Yamagashi is a Japanese-Bali born who has successfully made his name in Australia at culinary institutions like Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Blancharu, Rockpool Bar and Grill and Rockpool 1989. Since his recent arrival back in Bali, Chef Rui has been able to fully explore his passion and creativity at Kaminari Group's latest instalment, Musubi in Brawa. The innovative menu at Musubi featuring the freshness and flavours of Japanese cooking fused with French cooking methods have all been innovated by Chef Rui. He has created a menu using lots of different ingredients to accentuate the Umami flavour- five elements of richness, fullness and complexity of tastes.
