Puerta 26 is an aged beef steakhouse in Sanur, Bali by Chef Andrea Peresthu from Javanegra Gourmet Atelier with specialties in dry-aged steaks from Spain, Argentina, and Tasmania alongside Spanish-Mediterranean delicacies. Signature dishes include Rubia Gallega from Spain, T-Bone Steak from Argentina, Wagyu Solomillo 6/7 from Tasmania, Paella Marinera, and Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, to name a few. Located at Taksu Sanur Hotel, this contemporary steakhouse is all set to cater patrons from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. daily.
Chef Andrea Peresthu’s life is a voyage of culinary expeditions. Traveling around Europe for 15 years, he acquired its gastronomic culture and immersed himself in it. Renowned for his positions as Regional Planner and Academic at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Andrea Peresthu decided to embark on a culinary path, following his life-long obsession for cooking. He established his first dining place, Javanegra Gourmet Atelier, in 2011 with his partner, Reni Alhadad. Finally becoming a full-time Chef, his private dining atelier has expanded into Javanegra Group. Now, Andrea Peresthu's teams of culinary experts are in Bali to take you on a fresh journey of one of the utmost culinary wonders; steak.
