POULE DE LUXE is a pastry store, dedicated to cream puffs and Macarons. The story of the cream puff started in the 16th century with Queen Catherine de Medicis’ cook who invented this classic French pastry, known as "choux à la crème" in French. Poule de Luxe’s « petits choux » and Macarons come in a selection of 10 permanent flavors for the pleasure of everyone. Each week, a seasonal flavor is elaborated by our pastry chef, depending on his inspiration. These little cakes are round and delicious, crunchy on the outside, smooth and creamy on the inside: filled with our tasty crème patissière. All our « petits choux » and Macarons are made fresh every morning in our kitchen by our pastry chef using traditional techniques. Every ingredient is meticulously selected in order to offer a high quality product. We are very proud of our delicious « petits choux » and Macarons.
