Parachute Bali is a dynamic new restaurant concept from Chef Jacob Burrell. We kick off with a month of dinner service under our signature parachute. Highlighting local produce and farmers, Parachute is a place to relax and enjoy casual, refined food straight from the chef himself.
Our daytime offerings/bakery and tonic bar will open in mid-May, making Parachute-quality food accessible any time; either on-site or through our in-house delivery service. Our tonic bar will feature adaptogenic lattes, balancing herbal infusions and medicinal goodies straight out of our garden.
