The tour guide shall assess the group's fitness level and determine if everyone embarking on this trek are able, based on their level of fitness first, before embarking on this tour. Of course, extra stops and all necessary assistance shall be provided should anyone need help along the way.Get an early night's rest, because your pick-up time is way before dawn (depending on the area you shall be staying at). At 3am - yes you got that right - a light breakfast shall be served for all trekkers to gear you up for the path ahead. Load up on the nutrients as you began your adventure by 4am. Don't worry if it's dark, torches shall be provided so you can conveniently manoeuvre along the trek. At around 6am you will break for coffee at sunrise point, so you may enjoy the scenery in front of you. Make haste for you shall began your descent at 7am, to reach the hot springs at 8.30am. Here is where you can completely unwind and get some TLC as you soak into nature's very own version of a Jacuzzi. You may take your time relaxing here, for brunch won't be served until 11am.
