Kwee Zeen at Sofitel
A 160-seat Pan Asian restaurant inspired by the scenes of a street food market that is elevated to 5-star level through dynamic and interactive experience with visible preparations in a front kitchen or ‘ateliers’.
Ateliers consist of an Asian Appetizer table (mainly featuring South East Asian cuisine), a wok atelier mainly for Cantonese, Yunnan, Sichuan and also Thai and Singaporean items, and an atelier featuring dim sum, noodles with preparations of Chinese, Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai noodles and Japanese Ramen, as well as Udon, Soba, Sushi and Sashimi.
There are also satays, robata grills, Tepannyaki, tempura, hot pots, Chinese and Japanese steam boats, and a main feature of a fire pit for whole pieces of baby lamb.
