This Four Seasons professional stand-alone cooking school gives food lovers of all ages and experience levels the hands-on opportunity to discover secret local cooking techniques using organic Indonesian ingredients. Many of the herbs, spices and vegetables used in the class are sourced from the Resort's on-site gardens. All of the original recipes are from our talented team of Four Seasons chefs who come from regions across the country.

In addition to the daily cooking classes, the school offers a kids’ pastry class once a week, focusing on Indonesian desserts.
