Unchaining a brand new menu in Gardin 'Traditional Rawon Iga' taste the tenderness of meat wrapped in traditional Indonesian spices, complete with condiments salted egg, chilly and emping. Also 'Foie Grass with Manggis Salak Puree' formulating flavors of the creamy rich European Fole Gras blending it with zesty sweetness of our local fruit. The dessert collection is one of the largest in Bali, with 19 unique, mouth-watering items to choose from including a number of different mousses, creme brulees and all of the classic favorites.
