After a few years of travelling the world culinary scenery, learning the spices from Kerala, with Vanilla from Tahiti, cooking white truffles from Alba, grilling an octopus in the Indian Ocean beaches with local fisherman, we decided to leave our suitcases in Bingin.
We are locavore, we have our own garden, we use local products, chocolate from java, fish from our local fisherman, vegetables from the local farmer, we only use imported lamb from New Zeland or Australia and wine because we are wine lovers.
We are a team: Sugarsio our pastry chef from Java, Leo our chef from Medan, Simon chef from France, every day we cook a special French dish with an Indonesian twist.
We bake, we steam, we create, we imagine, we play with flavour.
