Raise your glass (or bottle) high in honour of National Beverage Day happening

on 6 May 2019—yes, it’s a thing!

To celebrate, we thought we’d give you an inside scoop on the best bars in Bali from our beer aficionado, Tim, also our Head of Product. Here’s his favourite places to hang in Bali with a beer (or sometimes cocktail) in hand, of course.

If you’re looking for a classic burger and cold beer combo, Five Monkeys is where it’s at.

Had a big day of surfing? Take a Bintang break and people-watch at Old Man’s aka Canggu’s beachside “beer garden”. Or if you’re in Seminyak, grab some cold ones at Potato Head Beach Club and go for a swim in their beachside pool.

Life’s always better at the bar and lucky you, Bali’s bursting with beach clubs and bars that are ready to shake, stir, and serve any time of the day. Mrs Sippy’s everyone’s go-to for all-day summer sips—drop by on Thirsty Thursdays or Sippy Sundays for 2-for-1 deals.

Pop over to Finn’s Beach Club if you’re more into the cocktail scene or if you’re after cliff-top tapas, cocktails and a place to watch the sunset and take the classic boyfriend of instagram shots head to Rock Bar Bali.

There’s nothing better than a well-timed tipple especially when you’re watching one of Bali’s iconic sunsets and there are plenty of great spots to catch it.

Alila Seminyak is still a crowd favourite if you want front row sunset seats, plus they’ve got two bars. Or, grab yourself some happy hour Asian-inspired cocktails and a 180-degree view of the sky from Canggu’s cool rooftop bar, Ji Terrace by the Sea.

With three bars sprawled over multiple levels in an ‘80s style pool club and a drinks list long enough to keep you busy for hours, Tropicola’s the newest place to be—ask for the Tropicolada or Arak N Roll. Tip: Get $100 credit for only $60 when you book on The Bali Bible.

Glowing up in neon pink along Seminyak’s food street is the new Who's your Daddy where ‘sushi slash drinks’ is what it’s all about: expect epic rolls and cocktails till late.
