After passing the immigration and custom checks, please proceed, following the exit sign all the way to the pickup area where you will see the crowd with paging-boards. Please find your Lead Traveler’s name along with our company name. We understand that sometime it will be too many paging-boards to look at. In case you can’t find us, please approach the information desk to get help calling us by giving them your name and our company name. We allow 2 hours from your landed time before messaging you on your contact number provided on the booking confirmation. Please contact us in case you have any unusual situation in the arrival procedures, so that we know you are on your way.

As we meet, we will walk you to the loading zone at the parking lot, where short walks and crossing drive ways are involved. For your convenience, please allow us to assist you handling your baggage.
