Inspired by several classic temple dance forms in India, the focus is on the detailed movements of the body, arm patterns and handprints. This is a symmetrical body dance movement. The combination of body movements for each beat will be carefully disassembled and drilled. Focus on meticulous and beautiful movements, please wear stretched sportswear to class.
Next, savor a wholesome 2-course vegetarian meal to restore vital nutrition before a refreshing dip in a pool at the bamboo zen garden.

What's excluded :

    1-Hour Dynamic Dance Meditation Class With a feminine soft body posture and beautiful poetic Indian dance elements. In the drum rhythm of classical Indian dance, find the balance and tranquility curve of the body. In an hour of training we will learn the basic elements of classical Indian dance: body balance bending, hand mudras, arm patterns, neck movements. The design of the dance class will lead you to develop a body language that expresses reverence.
    2-Course Vegetarian Meal (There are three options for each dish)
    • pumpkin soup - classic warm pumpkin soup, potato, onion, leek, Italian basil and roasted pumpkin
    • watermelon gazpacho - cold classic Italian soup, water melon, capsicum, onion, cucumber, Italian basil, olive oil
    • Organic Quinoa Salad - nashi pear, papaya relish, toasted almonds, and curry vinaigrette
    Main Course
    • Tempe Pie - soy bean cake, grill mix greens, capsicum, mushroom, carrot, onion, eggplant, cashew nuts hummus
